Ankara – The Official Gazette, bearing the number 32941, was published on June 29, 2025. Today's Official Gazette contains important regulations, main statutes of federations, and various announcements.

EXECUTIVE AND ADMINISTRATIVE SECTION

Regulations:

• TED University Undergraduate Education and Training Regulation: This regulation, prepared by TED University, sets out the principles regarding student admission and registration processes, as well as education, examination, and graduation conditions for undergraduate programs. According to the regulation, education is organized on a semester basis; the academic year consists of two sixteen-week semesters, in addition to a summer school comprising seven weeks of courses and one week of examinations. The language of instruction in the university's undergraduate programs is English, except for compulsory Turkish courses. The regulation also includes details such as education periods (maximum two years for the preparatory program, maximum seven years for undergraduate programs), double major and minor programs, exchange programs, and new student admission and registration processes. The principles for evaluating academic performance and letter grades are also determined by this regulation.

ANNOUNCEMENT SECTION

The announcement section of the Official Gazette included various public notices:

• Judicial Announcements: Various judicial notices from courts were released to the public.

• Auction, Reduction, and Tender Announcements: In this section, the tender announcement for the "Purchase of Drilling Spares" by the General Directorate of Turkish Hard Coal Enterprise (Türkiye Taşkömürü Kurumu Genel Müdürlüğü) drew attention. The tender will be conducted under the Open Tender Procedure, as per Article 3 (g) of the Public Procurement Law No. 4734. The tender will take place in Zonguldak, at the TTK Procurement Department Presidency, on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, at 15:00.
