Regulatory Amendments

• Highway Traffic Regulation: The Ministry of Interior's amendment introduces mandatory vehicle tracking, camera systems, and an emergency button. • Ostim Technical University Regulation: A new provision states that the procedures for refunding tuition fees to students whose university enrollment is terminated will be determined by the Board of Trustees.

Key Announcements

• Sale of RHG Enertürk Energy Shares: The Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF) has announced the sale of 100% of the shares of RHG Enertürk Enerji Üretim ve Ticaret A.Ş., which belong to the Treasury. The estimated value of the shares is 4.6 billion TL, and the tender will be held on September 24, 2025, using a sealed bid and open auction method.
