International Cooperation: The Decision on the Approval of the Cooperation Agreement in the Field of Humanitarian Aid Between the Government of the Republic of Turkey and the Government of the State of Qatar (Decision No: 10069) has been published. Support for Earthquake-Hit Regions: For debtors in Adıyaman, Hatay, Kahramanmaraş, Malatya provinces, and the İslahiye and Nurdağı districts of Gaziantep province, whose force majeure status was extended by the Ministry of Treasury and Finance due to the earthquakes that occurred on February 6, 2023, the installment payment periods have been redefined (Decision No: 10070). Economy and Trade: A Decision on the Application of Tariff Quotas for Egypt Imports (Decision No: 10071) and a related communiqué have been published. Additionally, a decision regarding the increase in the utilization rate of Unemployment Insurance Fund revenues (Decision No: 10072) signifies an important regulation for expenditures within the scope of unemployment insurance.
Higher Education Restructuring: Decisions have been made regarding the establishment, closure, or name changes of higher education colleges, faculties, and institutes as specified in the appended lists (Decision No: 10073). These regulations are set to impact Turkey's higher education structure.

Immovable properties within the scope of Düzova WPP in İzmir (10077), Zile SPP and Electricity Storage Facility in Yozgat (10079), Gaia WPP in Muğla (10080), Bildim SPP in Gaziantep (10081), Kurtik WPP EDT WPP in Muş (10083), and 154 kV Ferizli OSB TM-Sakarya 3 OSB TM Energy Transmission Line (10084) in Sakarya will be expropriated. Additionally, expropriations will be carried out within the scope of the 154 kV İsdemir Diyarbakır SPP TM-Diyarbakır-3 TM Energy Transmission Line project (10082).
Education Regulations: Amendments have been made to İzmir Kavram Vocational School's Associate Degree Education-Training and Examination Regulation, as well as its Summer Term Regulation.
