Memur-Sen President Ali Yalçın: "Law No. 4688 Needs Reform for a More Competent Union Structure!"

📢 Memur-Sen President Ali Yalçın stated that the current collective bargaining process is insufficient and emphasized the need for reforms in Law No. 4688.

🔹 The arbitration board fails to make fair decisions in favor of workers, deepening injustices.

🔹 Law No. 4688, in its current form, creates crises rather than solving issues!
