To ensure that the demands from the field are accurately represented, Health-Sen has developed an extensive Action Plan. Survey results indicate that the most frequently requested improvements include:
- Increasing fixed additional payments
- Raising incentive bonuses
- Enhancing base salary adjustments
- Increasing overtime pay
- Providing night shift compensation
- Expanding and increasing social service compensation
- Introducing holiday bonuses
- Implementing metropolitan compensation payments
Additionally, workers have conveyed various other requests, which Health-Sen will evaluate to strengthen its position during negotiations.
