Official Gazette Published on July 4, 2025: Key Decisions and Regulations

Ankara – The July 4, 2025, issue (No: 32946) of the Official Gazette of the Republic of Turkey has been published. • Presidential Acting Appointment: A memorandum regarding Vice President Cevdet YILMAZ acting as President has been published.

Regulations

Two significant regulation amendments were featured in today's Official Gazette:

• Regulation Amending the Regulation on the Implementation of the Law on Private Security Services: A new regulation containing amendments to the law concerning the implementation of private security services has entered into force.

• Regulation Amending the Regulation on Promotion and Title Change of Competition Authority Personnel: Amendments have been made to the regulation governing the promotion and title change processes for Competition Authority personnel.

Communiqué

• Communiqué on Surveillance Application in Imports (No: 2025/2): A new communiqué concerning surveillance applications in import processes has been published.
