Memur-Sen Marks 30th Anniversary with "Loyalty Gathering": "This Movement Grew with Determination"

ANKARA – Memur-Sen Confederation, one of Turkey's largest labor organizations, commemorated its 30th anniversary with a "30th Year Loyalty Gathering." The event, held at the General Headquarters building, brought together the confederation's founding members, honorary general chairmen, general executive board members, and provincial representatives.

Speaking at the program, Memur-Sen General Chairman Ali Yalçın stated, "This cause grew not with business cards, but with determination. This organization was founded not with signatures, but with faith. This movement reached today with the sweat and dedication of devoted hearts."

Loyalty: Not Just Remembering, But Never Forgetting

In his speech, Yalçın emphasized that Memur-Sen is more than just a union; it is a movement of conscience. "We commemorated the founding will, the legacy of struggle, and the brotherhood of law. Today, we once again saw that Memur-Sen is not just the name of labor, but also the name of the nation's struggle for honor," he said.
