Birleşik Metal-İş signed a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) at the Anadolu Döküm workplace just days before the scheduled strike on October 30, 2025. The union emphasized that the agreement was reached with the full approval of its members, showcasing the success of organized labour in securing significant gains in wages and social rights.

A new collective bargaining agreement has been signed between Tekgıda-İş Union and Banvit. The deal brings significant gains for employees while strengthening industrial peace and productivity in the food sector.

TES-İŞ Union successfully concluded collective bargaining negotiations with OEDAŞ (Osman Gazi Elektrik Dağıtım A.Ş.). The new agreement preserves and enhances existing rights while securing significant new gains for its members.

Turkish Metal Chairman Uysal Altundağ called for unity and struggle before the MESS Group CBA at the 6th Ordinary General Assembly of the Istanbul Anatolian Side Branch. Altundağ announced they are demanding an average wage increase of 38.97% for the first six months with the draft, a product of union democracy, and stressed they would emerge victorious from the tough struggle. Serkan Gül was elected as the Branch President.
