TÜRK-İŞ decided to boycott the 2026 Minimum Wage Commission until its structure is reformed, citing undemocratic processes. The Executive Board also demanded immediate tax justice, resolution for KHK/EYT workers' rights, and opposed the Complementary Retirement System (TES).

The Birleşik Kamu-İş Confederation announced its demands for the 8th Collective Bargaining Agreement in a press conference in Bursa. The confederation demanded the right to strike, salaries above the poverty line, and rent support.

TÜRKİYE KAMU-SEN held its High Consultation Board Meeting, led by Chairman Önder Kahveci, to outline its roadmap for the 8th Term Collective Bargaining. Key demands include additional raises, welfare share, 3600 additional indicator, and a new public personnel regime. The success of Türk Kültür Sanat-Sen was also celebrated.

Memur-Sen President Ali Yalçın argued that the lowest civil servant salary should be 74,930 TL before collective bargaining. He called on the government to address wage inequality, retiree pensions, and the problems of various professional groups.

Türkiye Kamu-Sen announced its demands for the 8th Collective Bargaining Agreement, requesting 40,657 TL for the lowest civil servant salary and 47,481 TL for the average salary, along with comprehensive demands like welfare share, job security, holiday bonuses, and improved social rights.

Memur-Sen-affiliated unions took to the streets across Turkey to protest the government's low wage increase offer in collective bargaining. The unions demanded a fair offer and compensation for economic losses.

Birleşik Kamu-İş Confederation protested in Samsun, demanding secure employment, fair wages above the poverty line, and criticizing TÜİK's inflation data ahead of the 8th Term Collective Bargaining, also calling for strike rights.
