Koop-İş Union has launched protests against the unacceptable 2025-2026 public collective bargaining offer. The union states, "We will not stop until we get what our labor deserves," continuing actions including a half-day work stoppage on June 26, 2025.

Koop-İş Union strongly protested Dyson's attempts to block unionization and collective bargaining rights for its members in Turkey, citing an ongoing "meaningless" legal objection. Backed by TÜRK-İŞ and UNI Global Union, Koop-İş demands Dyson end the illegality and sit at the negotiating table for a collective bargaining agreement.

The 17-day strike initiated by the Koop-İş Union at Swatch Group Turkey stores concluded successfully with major improvements in wages and social benefits. Chairman Eyüp Alemdar invited all shopping mall employees to unionize.
