Türk Sağlık-Sen has taken action before the Constitutional Court's decision to annul inter-institutional temporary assignments comes into effect on June 4, 2025.

The 2025 Public Sector Collective Bargaining Framework Protocol was signed on August 2, 2025, bringing historic wage increases and improved social rights for over 600,000 public workers in Turkey. The agreement, signed by Minister Vedat Işıkhan, HAK-İŞ, and TÜRK-İŞ, includes new base wages, phased increments, bonus adjustments, and legislative commitments for various worker groups.

Büro Memur-Sen submitted its 8th Collective Bargaining proposals to the Ministry of Labor, including comprehensive demands for financial and social rights improvements for public employees across various service branches.
