The incident occurred on March 7 in the 4th Organized Industrial Zone of the Şehitkamil district in Gaziantep. According to reports, 54-year-old worker Bünyamin Beşe was standing in a forklift basket used for unloading materials when he lost his balance and fell from a significant height.

Emergency medical teams rushed to the scene and transported Beşe to Şehitkamil State Hospital, where doctors determined that he had suffered severe head trauma. He was later transferred to a private hospital in the city for further treatment.

Despite intensive medical intervention, Beşe died seven days after the accident. His body was taken to the Gaziantep Forensic Medicine Institute before being handed over to his family for burial.

Authorities have launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
