The incident took place during nighttime hours at an industrial site, where a stove being used for heating reportedly exploded after paint thinner was poured onto it.

Three individuals present in the workshop — 23-year-old Kerem Şengün and two others identified as E.Ç. and E.K. — were injured in the blast. Emergency services, including police, medical teams, and firefighters, were dispatched to the scene following reports of the explosion.

All injured individuals were transported to Lüleburgaz State Hospital. Despite medical efforts, Kerem Şengün succumbed to his injuries. The other two victims are receiving treatment.

Authorities have launched an investigation into the incident, which also caused material damage to the workplace.
