Diyarbakır/Batman – A significant explosion occurred early this morning at the Üçtepe-1 drilling well, operated by Turkish Petroleum International Company (TPIC), located on the Diyarbakır-Batman highway. According to a statement from the Petrol-İş Union, the explosion, believed to be caused by a sudden gas discharge, resulted in 7 injured workers, including 4 union members. Injured Workers Hospitalized, Fire Under Control

Emergency teams swiftly arrived at the scene following the explosion, providing immediate first aid to the injured workers.
