Türk Haber-Sen Ankara RTÜK Branch Kicks Off New Era with Enthusiastic General Assembly

Türk Haber-Sen Ankara 5 Nolu RTÜK Branch held its 1st Ordinary General Assembly. The congress, which saw Çağatay Karaca elected as president, was well-attended by representatives from RTÜK, the Presidency's Directorate of Communications, TRT, and PTT. The new term is expected to strengthen the union's struggle for the rights of public employees in the communication sector.

Ankara – Türk Haber-Sen Ankara 5 Nolu RTÜK Branch successfully concluded its 1st Ordinary General Assembly with great enthusiasm and broad participation. The General Assembly, which concluded in a democratic atmosphere, saw Çağatay Karaca elected as Branch President, signaling a new era for public employees in the communication and broadcasting sector.

Türk Haber-Sen, holding an important place in the struggle for public employees' rights, completed the 1st Ordinary General Assembly of its Ankara 5 Nolu RTÜK Branch with great vigor and a spirit of union solidarity. The General Assembly, presided over by Mr. Özkan Ulupınar, Vice Chairman of Türk Büro-Sen, provided a transparent and democratic election process in line with union principles.

Strong Message with Broad Participation

The General Assembly was not limited to members working at RTÜK but also showcased the organization's broad representational power. Valuable members working at the Presidency's Directorate of Communications, TRT Ankara Radio, and PTT units in Eskişehir and Kırıkkale also attended the General Assembly, conveying a message of unity and solidarity. This wide participation once again confirmed Türk Haber-Sen's strong ties and influence among public employees in the communication and postal services sector.

Çağatay Karaca Becomes the Leader of the New Era

In the elections, held with a single list, Mr. Çağatay Karaca received the full support of the delegates and was elected as the Branch President of Türk Haber-Sen Ankara 5 Nolu RTÜK Branch. The new Executive Board under Karaca's leadership was also determined. The following names are on the Executive Board:
