The primary demands focus on improving working conditions and strengthening financial rights.

Survey results indicate that the most frequently requested improvements include:

• Increasing fixed additional payments
• Raising incentive bonuses
• Enhancing base salary adjustments
• Increasing overtime pay
• Providing night shift compensation
• Expanding and increasing social service compensation
• Introducing holiday bonuses
• Implementing metropolitan compensation payments

Additionally, workers have conveyed various other requests, which Health-Sen will evaluate to strengthen its position during negotiations.
