ANKARA - The Official Gazette of the Republic of Turkey, with issue number 32984 dated August 12, 2025, contains a wide range of decisions, from new regulations in the judicial organization to significant administrative appointments. The appointment decision from the Presidency and the comprehensive decisions of the General Assembly of the Council of Judges and Prosecutors (HSK) in the Executive and Administrative Division are particularly noteworthy.

New Appointments in the Gendarmerie General Command With the decision numbered 2025/316 published by the Presidency, new assignments were made for generals and colonels of the Gendarmerie General Command. According to this decision, Major General Ali Doğan was assigned to the Gendarmerie General Command, while Major General Cengiz Yıldız was appointed from the Balıkesir Provincial Gendarmerie Command to the Ankara Provincial Gendarmerie Command. Ankara Provincial Gendarmerie Commander Major General Recep Yalçınkaya was appointed as the President of the Gendarmerie and Coast Guard Academy. Furthermore, Gendarmerie Senior Colonel Murat Özer was appointed to the Balıkesir Provincial Gendarmerie Command.

Extensive Regulations from the HSK for the Judicial Organization The General Assembly of the Council of Judges and Prosecutors, with its decisions dated August 6, 2025, has introduced a series of new regulations in the judicial organization. Among these decisions, the determination of the judicial jurisdictions of newly established administrative, high criminal, enforcement, family, commercial, consumer, labor, and intellectual and industrial property rights courts stands out.

New Regulations and Communiqués In addition to administrative regulations, the Official Gazette also included regulations and communiqués from various ministries.

These decisions show that significant steps are being taken in Turkey's administrative, judicial, and educational systems.
